Top Supplements Online cannot be held accountable for typographical errors or
product formulation changes. For absolute accuracy, please consult the
products actual label before use. If you discover any inconsistencies
on our website please contact us.
Since we are a discounter and sell at rock bottom prices, we CANNOT
accept returns on any opened merchandise unless defective, broken, or damaged. All un-opened merchandise can
be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
If you have already opened or partially used a product that you
received from us, we can give you a merchandise credit depending upon the
policy of the manufacturer.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
Customer is responsible
for all shipping charges on returns.
All returns are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
No returns on special orders.
All of our products are stored in a climate-controlled store. We do our very best to package and quickly ship your order so that you receive your items in good condition.
Please be aware that we
are not
responsible for melted/damaged
bars due to hot weather or warm UPS/Fed-Ex/USPS/Customs Agency's distribution
facilities.
